Can Anyone Help With Tips On How To Insert A Html E-newsletter Into An Email E.g. Like The Ones Qantas Send Ou

I’ve created a html newsletter in Dreamweaver which is normally a web design software. I want to be able to insert or email that newsletter to a database of people, much like every other business out there is doing. Can anyone offer tips? i.e. I’m thinking maybe it first needs to sit live on a server, and then emailed from there but that isn’t obvious either, when I go to my live pages.
thanks

    1) Either include it as an attachment, or just put the HTML in the body of the email.
    2) Make sure that all your users are using email programs that display HTML, or all they’ll see are HTML tags. Email is defined as a text medium, and email programs aren’t required to decode HTML – the better ones don’t. (No one ever accused Microsoft of being standards-compliant.)
